Ideal hotel, I appreciated its exceptionally nice location.

Location: the hotel was close enough to nature, a forest, and the ATV safari. It also was unbearable in the restaurant which was under staffed. The food provided for breakfast was good!

Fairly clean place and amazing location, really enjoyed amazingly attentive and responsive staff. The room was excellent and beautiful included a mini-bar, satellite television, and climate control. Location: the hotel was just next door to the national park next door, and the restaurant which was under staffed. It also was at a 15 minute drive from Golçuk lake. In the restaurant they served international cuisine dishes.

Amazing location with beautiful forest surroundings. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. The indoor play area and outdoor park were a hit with my kids. The staff were kind and helpful. Free parking and strong wifi were a plus. The hotel grounds were well maintained and clean. a delightful experience.

The Wi-Fi signal here is really good and it's a comfortable place to stay if you want to explore the area.

Nestled in the beautiful national park, it's an oasis amidst nature. the SPA facilities are top notch, and the treatments are divine. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the scenic views are a treat for sore eyes.

The service in the restaurant can be underwhelming at times, leading to long waits for food and drinks.

The hotel had excellent facilities and delicious food. The staff were helpful and kind. Also, the location next to the national park was amazing.

Spent my Easter break surrounded by nature, the perfect hideaway from the city. The spa facilities were top-notch, I enjoyed unwinding in the pools and saunas after a long day of exploring the nearby natural parks. The staff were all friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. What I liked most was waking up to a beautiful forest and extensive breakfast choices, especially the fresh pastries and cooked-to-order eggs.

Our new year at this resort was largely enjoyable. the swimming pool and spa area were fantastic, bringing much-needed relaxation to our break. We also greatly appreciated the complimentary valet parking and the wide buffet selection for both breakfast and dinner. the resort had stunning views of nature and was in close proximity to key attractions.

The main drawback was the crowdedness of the resort during the holiday season. We often ran into issues finding a table at dinner, leading to frustration.

The staff was amazing, professional, and kind. Simra was very helpful and attentive. Lovely place with great gardens and free-range animals. Perfect for relaxation and sports activities. Family-friendly with a wonderful playroom and heated pools. Comfortable rooms and excellent food. Great location with wildlife and hiking opportunities. Outstanding staff and fantastic value.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional with a variety of treatments, steam and sauna rooms, and a hot tub. the indoor swimming pool was spacious and the surrounding garden area was relaxing. the restaurant had a great selection of healthy options and the in-room breakfast was a perfect touch. the service was attentive with a friendly staff always available to assist.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the location as it was quite far from city center. Despite this, the hotel provided shuttle service to nearby attractions.
